- Standard Deliveries will be made within 3-4 working days from date of order.
- Parcels must be signed for and received at the given address.
- ocaloka.com will not allow delivery address to be changed without the approval of ocaloka.com.

DAMAGED ON DELIVERY
- We take every measure when preparing your order for shipment to ensure your products arrive safely.
- Do not accept non-sealed/ damaged parcels upon delivery.
- In case of missing/damaged items contact ocaloka.com immediately via firstname.lastname@example.org missing/damaged items not reported within 48 hours of parcel receipt will not be eligible for replacement.
- ocaloka.com offers free returns for all orders over Rs 3,000/-, which will be re-collected only from the original delivery address.
- For returns; an online form will appear in your ocaloka.com account within 24 hours of you receiving the parcel. The form will be disabled within three days of posting. To book a recollection you must fill and submit the form within said three days and returns will be collected within the next two days.
- Reason for returns must be clearly indicated for ocaloka.com to approve a returns collection.
- Return Item must be packed in their original package, all tags un-removed with order ID clearly and correctly mentioned on the securely packed parcel. All goods will be inspected on return. Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by customer in any way will not be eligible for refund.
- We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
- If the products are not in good and saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse refund and in such case can be recollected from the ocaloka.com head office within 7 working days of notice.
- We are unable to refund until the original product has been received with all above requirements.
- Refunds can take up to 14 working days to be finalised.
- Should a refund be issued by us, all refunds will be credited solely to the payment method used in the original transaction. We will not issue refunds by cash, cheque, or to another credit card or payment mechanism.
